FFS.. is there a reason I can't log in to my daughters' minecraft account? We reset the password, but the launcher isn't taking it.

I tried it on her computer, and I tried it on my computer, and nothing. My account works just fine. @MojangSupport

Sorry, the tweets got split up: I can't log in to my daughter's mojang/minecraft account. We migrated it years back when required, and she was using it maybe 3 days ago just fine. Despite resetting the password, it's suddenly unusable to login to either the mc client or the site
