@MojangSupport I have not heard back from you guys and my ticket submission date is July 9. Your website says you are handling tickets from July 13 and onwards: help.mojang.com/customer/por… How can I get my ticket resolved properly?

I paid for Minecraft in 2011 and can't access my account. I have been waiting patiently for 2 months to see that my ticket may have gotten skipped. I'm not buying another account, but if I do I may have to do a justifiable chargeback after purchasing if my ticket isn't resolved.
