@MojangSupport I’m on bedrock switch version and I can’t use stuff from a mash-up pack that I’ve bought not so long ago. I bought the Steven Universe Mash-up pack and I can’t use the skins or the world. Every time I try to use it it says that I need to buy it.These pics are proof

Do you have this issue with the same pack or with other packs. I just want to look like Steven and not have $6 go down the drain.

i had like 13 packs of skins and like 3 world packs i paid for allot of stuff and i lost it all no refund

That’s even worse than me. They really need to fix this issue. Are you on the switch version and did you update your game. If so than it’s probably that.
