Well, I guess I know why I haven't heard back from @MojangSupport yet. My request about account lockout has only been in the queue 3 weeks. Maybe I'll get unblocked by Thanksgiving break? Any chance for prioritizing paid subscriptions to #Minecraft, @microsoft?
