@MojangSupport I've tried resetting my password for Minecraft. It "sends to my email" but it never appears, not even in spam. I try to setup a new account thinking I didn't use that email, and it says my email is in use.. its been THREE months now since ive made a ticket.

I’ve been through all of these methods. The reset password doesn’t come through to my email. And I refuse to purchase the game again because I already have an account.
