@MojangSupport A mate of mine can't remember his password for his account. He's gone through and tried to reset his password multiple times and hasn't received any emails through. Any suggestions?

My mate submitted an email last week and not had a response yet. How long will it be until he gets a response?

@MojangSupport The email was submitted on August 30th and still no response? I tried checking the site “When will I hear back?” And nothing shows up? Any idea when this will be sorted please?
