My @Mojang account was hacked almost 3 weeks ago... Not a peep from @MojangSupport. Too bad... will be losing a paying customer, with so many free options out there... it's not worth the risk or hassle.

Somebody please help @MojangSupport build a #MachineLearning model that can help them prioritize and optimize their customer service response... this kind of delay is just going to kill your reputation @Mojang .
