@MojangSupport tried to connect to my old minecraft account (bought my key in 2011), login doesnt work, found a thing that said I have to migrate my username account to an email one, and when I try, it says it's already migrated... Can someone assist please.

Also tried every email I have for the forgot password, including the one that it was originally bought on... and no emails ever come through (not in spam either)

This wasn't patience, it was distaste, it's something that could easily be automated and you choose not to. You reward the people who exploit your system because it forces honest people to repurchase your product twice.

They don't seem to care/have the systems in place after they leaked most every bodies legacy accounts to the wide web to handle the issue of 'hacked' accounts. welcome to 'The Queue' hopefully your ticket gets seen to, but its definitely going to take the nearly two months.

Yeah I'm definitely getting this impression, it is pretty disgusting really. Supported this company in their early days, this is a pretty disgusting way of treating your customers. Wonder if @Microsoft knows they operate like this.
