@MojangSupport When I try to change my Minecraft skin it tells me I don't own the game, I can't find any information on the help faqs about this

It's not that I have any issues playing the full version of Minecraft, it's that when I try to change my skin I'm told i don't own Minecraft, despite actively having it open.
