There's nothing showing on Service Status. Have you tried a hard reset (hold your console's power button down for 10 seconds)? That often clears issues like this

I’ve tried that, uninstall and reinstall, clearing local game cache, the only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset and it still doesn’t work
