@MojangSupport I can't log in to my account to play the game, when I checked support no options worked, I never got an email to reset my password. I sent off my transaction ID to support, currently 2 MONTHS WAITING! this is unacceptable support for a paid product!

how long has this 'currently' been going on? I've seen post complaining about the same thing for over 3 years and has been getting worse and worse apparently. Sorry that I'm sounding a little irritated, I've been trying to play the game for months and can't.
