@MojangSupport I can't log in to my account to play the game, when I checked support no options worked, I never got an email to reset my password. I sent off my transaction ID to support, currently 2 MONTHS WAITING! this is unacceptable support for a paid product!

read all of that, not very helpful info, just says that you're two months behind which is the worst I've seen from any company every! In australia the worst company for customer support is centerlink and they are a maximum of 2 weeks.
