@MojangSupport Are your email servers down? I asked for a password reset two days ago and have received nothing. Yes I've checked my spam folder. Yes I've verified it's the correct email.

I did, but this page: help.mojang.com/customer/por… said you were still working on issues from *june*, so I decided to check if there was a quicker solution so I don't have to wait two bloody months to regain access to the product I bought years ago. Case number is 2983124.
