@MojangSupport have just made a purchase from the minecraft store and have tried to load the world but i keep getting a screen saying a newer version of the game has saved this world and it will not allow it to be played. This is on the Nintendo switch version but the 1/2

I have followed both of these links and have been unable to get any help from either of them about the issue i have having is there a email address or phone number you can DM that i can speak to someone about this please
