It's pretty awesome that if you have an issue with your Minecraft account, your only option is to contact @MojangSupport and then wait 2-3 months or more for a response. Was hoping to play some this week, maybe I'll actually get to play by Christmas time.

So? You're not some plucky little indie company. You are literally owned by Microsoft. A multi-month customer support backlog is beyond unacceptable.
