@MojangSupport Hi folks, I have a question on behalf of a friend. They're not really great with computers, and just bought Java Edition instead of Bedrock Edition. Is it worth them reaching out to you? Is there anything that can be done - refund, license key switch, anything?

They have contacted you, and Rui R was able to reverse the transaction due to the recent nature of the purchase. Now my friend can buy the correct version, and we can play together on Realms. Please thank Rui on behalf of my friend and I! Thank you so much!
