@MojangSupport What is the typical turn around time for a support case. I sent support request 3 days ago. I can't log into the game client but I can access my account information online.

As fast as possible ? it's the end of August and your only working on cases two months back? Wow......You must have a shit ton of problem cases or you must be under staffed.
