I've had @Minecraft for at least 6 years, but the last time I played was in 2015. Since the login method has changed from Username + Password to Email + Password, I can no longer access my account. I would really love to play with my friends again @Mojang @MojangSupport

Hey there! None of this is particularly helpful as I only have a username and password saved, not an email - since I didn't need it for years after buying the game, before it was owned by Microsoft.
