@MojangSupport hi I am just wanting to know why my husband and I can not access our realm it states it is expired even though the monthly subscription has been paid how long till we can access our realm after the monthly renewal has been paid

I believe that's an issue currently being dealt with another team, so we're unfortunately unable to clarify this issue. ^RR
