Bold move by @MojangSupport to display how far behind they are on customer service. I didnt understand how I've yet to hear anything from them, and checked their status page: "We're currently replying to cases received on June 21st. " TWO months behind on tickets. Damn.

Yeah, they need to have separate queues for the tickets. Security should be prioritized and resolved quickly. Ive given the necessary evidence of ownership, its just a matter of switching the login email.
