@MojangSupport I'm trying to play multiplayer with my friend on switch and it refuses to connect. I've also tried using windows 10 and pocket edition versions but my friend isn't visible on there and his invites don't come through. Please help!

So I'm waiting for a response still to the email I sent and I look and see that you're currently replying to issues logged back in June!!! By that math I'll be waiting till October for a reply!!! What kind of service is that?!?
