@MojangSupport Dear Minecraft, I have an issue with a purchase on my account. Who and how can I contact to get quite urgent response, I am getting nowhere with customer service, they are dealing with June stuff still 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for your reply. I did contact them, but the time frame for reply is about 2 mths. They are replying now to messages from mid June. That's quite ridiculous...
