@MojangSupport Is there any reason why I still can't login to the launcher? I was able to login to the website, buy the game but can't actually play. The email / password I'm entering are 100% correct. Thanks.

I did that and it says you’re currently processing cases from mid June. All my daughter wants is to log in with her friends.
