@MojangSupport A friend of mine bought PC Java Edition 5 days ago. - Click and choose "Steve" body. - Upload a correct size custom skin. But in game(solo and multi) she has "Alex" body with no custom skin. Nowhere to find answers to this mystery,even on help mojang site.

For information,Already read.... I've read all "help" pages about this subject in 4 days. No solution on this page. The account is still automatically migrated because it's a new one,not an old premium account..

Anyway. "Steve" body is chosen but "Alex" shows up. it's not only a skin issue.
