@MojangSupport i have been charged for a realm renewal, yet when i go on it says expired and your realm can not be renewed right now, any way of solving this? my xbox name is hydrxi

it says you’re still currently dealing with emails from june 16th, which at that rate means i won’t be expecting a reply until 2 months from now which is almost completely useless to me and this issue should not take 2 whole months to even hear a response on how to resolve.
