My @Minecraft account was hacked and they must have changed my email address. After not hearing back for a week, decided to check their website about the delay. 2 months behind! Great job @MojangSupport! #Minecraft

I never received an email from my ticket placed on 7/16. Any chance you are still working on those or have I been forgotten? Your website says you are working on tickets from 7/18.
