@MojangSupport my account has been hacked, I reported issues redeeming a code for Windows 10 and then noticed the username was changed 22 days ago which means the hacker was active as recently as 3 weeks ago. Reference #2942796.

Is this a copy paste response? I have a ref code already. I would have thought an active account hack was a high priority to fix? Or do we let the hacker get 2 months access whilst service replies?
