In that case, please send us an email at help.mojang.com/customer/por…. Be sure to attach your Transaction ID. ^JH

@Mojang @MojangSupport That's what I did, before trying to contact you by twitter. I filled out the form, attaching the order files with transaction ID code, If you have access to the email: support@mojang.com, I will be able to send you, now, the file detail of the transaction
