@MojangSupport I cannot log in neither in minecraft.net or my launcher. I don't have the purchased Minecraft version. When i write my email and password nothing happens or it says there is an error. Does anyone have a clue about what might be the problem?

I actually think that's the problem. You see, i started sending one and there i explained the things more. But i don't have a transaction ID because I use the cracked Minecraft version. Again, thx for reading this.
