@MojangSupport @Minecraft @Mojang What is the plan to get the support backlog under a more acceptable timetable, waiting 2 months for any type of support is madness.

That does not appear to be reducing the time for the support tickets, is there any plan to do this, looking at the tweet history it appears that this has been the case for more then a month?
