Everytime I try to upload a world onto my realm from singleplayer, it says this. How do I fix this? It has been doing this for about 24 hours

Recently me and a few friends have found issues when trying to create villager halls in that Librarians don’t offer enchanted books for tridents (riptide, loyalty, impaling, channeling). This issue has dated back to 2018 and is still unresolved. Can we expect a patch soon?
