@MojangSupport the mcpe servers don’t work. Half say unable to connect to world with a correct ip and port please fix this.

I'm having issues connecting to a friend's realm it's stuck on the building terrain screen and I've tried reinstalling the game. I'm playing on the Nintendo switch and there are also a few bugs that make the game less fun.
