@MojangSupport So I decided to request a password reset and it didn't send an email to me, what's up with that and how do I get this issue resolved?

I can't find my transaction ID, I bought Minecraft just after 1.3 release around 2010-11. I do have access to the emails it's been connected to but as I said you guys aren't sending me any password reset emails even when I request them

I'm sure you as an established company have a way to deal with this, I put in a support ticket and I know it'll take a few months to get to. I just wanted to see if there was anything you could do here
