@MojangSupport i cant access my old account i have sent an email but a 2 month wait time to hear back is ridiculous my user name is TekMan17 my email is anbu_brad@hotmail.co.uk please make it so that i can play my account without having to pay again

How is it that a game of this size has such a long wait time? Thousands of people play this game every day I really struggle to see how how it can take 2 months to get a problem sorted are you offering people anything for making them wait so long?
