@MojangSupport I bought Minecraft for my girlfriend using a card I bought at gamestop last year. Now when we are trying to log into her account, I cant get in. I can give you her ingame name but I dont have any other proof of purchase since I threw away the card and deleted email

I already sent an email about 2 days ago. Theres a link that says “when will I hear back?” And it said that you guys are currently answering emails from June 4th and I really don’t wanna have to wait two months to be able to get her account back. I already looked at that link too
