@Mojang @NintendoUK @MojangSupport I just purchased a mash up pack on my Nintendo switch for minecraft but it keeps telling me I haven't unlocked the mash up and it has a locked icon I can access it for a second after restarting the game then It doesnt let me start a world(Help?)

I contacted Nintendo and they confirmed the purchase of the mine coins but as the mash up pack was purchased in game they can't help so I've got a mash up pack what is still locked after my mine coins have been spend and the balance is back to zero
