apples to oranges, but for @Minecraft being as big as it is, games that also have player bases in the Millions such as @PlayWarframe and @pathofexile, I find it appalling that @MojangSupport's response time is so abysmal with over one month wait times. Games like Warframe... 2/5

and POE, like I mentioned, have faster response times that normally cap out at a max of a weeks worth of waiting for a response. The current state of @MojangSupport is a joke especially since they promise to get to your case as 'quickly as possible'. May seem like a small... 3/5

rant, however when someone's account is on the line (not mine, I just put in a simple ticket regarding a few account questions), it is quite appalling that the reality of losing your account and not getting it back for more than a month exists due to how abysmally slow and... 4/5

@Mojang's @MojangSupport team is to responding to cases. Especially for a company that is worth as much as they are and for as many players as they have. Just an FYI I put that ticket in with a few account questions back on June 22nd, and I still haven't gotten a response. 5/5
