@MojangSupport Your password reset system is trash. I made a twitter so I could try to get my Mojang account's password reset without needing a damn transaction ID to prove I purchased Minecraft a decade ago.

You misunderstand. I can't get into my Mojang account because I don't remember the password, and I can't contact customer support because you demand a transaction ID on the contact form. I don't have a transaction ID for something I purchased ~10 years ago.

What I would *really* like to know is why your password reset system is failing to send emails. From a quick google search and the fact that you have a useless "help" page dedicated to the issue, it's obvious I'm not the first person with this issue.
