@MojangSupport If you no longer have the transaction ID, what possible means of support can you provide? There must be some assistance or work arounds, no? Every company has a back up recovery program.

It really depends on the purchase type. You should ask the agent assisting you if there are any alternatives. ^NT

The agent assisting me says they won't do anything further for me without the transaction ID and they're closing my ticket. I waited a month and a half for them to respond to my ticket and now they're closing it without doing any actual investigative work.
