I cannot find the answer on the Minecraft website for my problem- I bought the game a... year ago? Have my email receipt, etc. When I try to mod the game or sign in on ANY service BUT Minecraft itself, EVERYTHING says I have an UNPAID account- I can play, but didn't PAY. 1/a

Simple frustration on my part; I am a human being and while I understand you are a large business and thus want to make money so have as tiny a support group as is humanly possible, it's just frustrating as I would like to play.
