I cannot find the answer on the Minecraft website for my problem- I bought the game a... year ago? Have my email receipt, etc. When I try to mod the game or sign in on ANY service BUT Minecraft itself, EVERYTHING says I have an UNPAID account- I can play, but didn't PAY. 1/a

Your "Email us!" page says you need my USER NAME. When I click the link to FIND my USER NAME, there is NO USERNAME on the profile link. So the info you want is unable to be found. That's fun. I wish I COULD email you, but can't. Good way to limit support emails :(
