16 days that I can't play @Minecraft , 16 days with an open tiket with no response. @Mojang I can't access to my minecraft account and I can't reset the pasword. Is somebody in @MojangSupport going to give some signs of life?

After 16 days your section "When I will hear back?" says: "We're currently replying to cases received on May 29th. We thank you for your patience and will get to each case as quickly as possible." MAY 29th!!!!

What is your expected resolution time? weeks?

I would accept, one or two weeks max, but at this rate do I have to feel lucky if somebody checks my case on Setember or even October?

I don't know if @Microsoft or @MicrosoftHelps are aware that part of its support takes that long.

I have created another account to test, and I recieve the email to reset the pasword inmediatelly. So, no spam filter, not sent to trash. What happens in your servers?

This site says that you are still are replying cases from May the 29th. If I created the case on July 10th, does it mean the I'll have to wait more than a month to get an answer?
