@MojangSupport I cannot start my realm server or connect to any realm please help

Please try to close and reopen your Realm. If that does not resolve the issue, please try to load a previous backup. ^AT

There is no previous backup. I'm trying to start one and it's not just this realm it's any realm I try to connect to.
