@MojangSupport my minecraft xbox one bedrock world is ‘corrupted’ and unable to sync game files. i have contacted xbox support and done everything they have told me to try and fix this but nothing works. please help

i’ve already done it, thank you. what is the estimated time until i get a response? and submitted it without transaction ID as i don’t know how to get that, i play on xbox one bedrock edition.
