@MojangSupport I’m on a Xbox One S and I can’t login to my own realm but my friends can I uninstalled it and even reset my Xbox but nothing works I even tried to login on my phone which has my Microsoft account connected so I can connect to the realm but it also doesn’t work

@MojangSupport when I try to login to the realm it will say “loading resources pack” and then it’ll say “joining realm this may take a few moments” and then finally get stuck on “building terrain”

Please try to open and close your Realm. If that doesn't work, please try to restore one of your previous backups. ^AT

@MojangSupport I closed and opened it and the same thing happened with the infinite loading screen and backed it up and also same thing... and I maybe wrong but I think when I’m on the “building terrain” screen I hear weird creepy music and I was last in the nether so I think-

@MojangSupport Think I maybe hearing in game audio and when on the “building terrain” infinite loading screen and my friends say the it says I joined, so I’m there in the realm but the loading screen is stuck in my face and I can’t control my character.
