@MojangSupport my minecraft xbox one bedrock world is ‘corrupted’ and unable to sync game files. i have contacted xbox support and done everything they have told me to try and fix this but nothing works. please help

is there anyway i can contact someone in mojang that can help me uncorrupt my game ? i’ve already posted to the forums with no reply and emailed mojang, a quicker solution would be helpful. xbox support can’t help they said it’s a minecraft issue
