So, @MojangSupport I just bought the wrong version of Minecraft. I bought Java rather than the Windows 10/Xbox Live version. What do I do?

Yeah, I already sent an email on Monday night, July 22, 2019. It says your working on cases made on May 23. (I did mess up my transaction ID on the email slip though) How long will it take get back to me, via that email, and is there any way to get it figured out sooner?
