@MojangSupport When trying to log into my own realm i get a message saying that i'm not whitelisted. I haven't found any solution online and can't get past your support site because i don't have my transaction ID for a game i bought 7 years ago. Please help.

Try closing and reopening the realm. If that doesn'r work try downloading the world and reset the realm ^FS
