@MojangSupport, I finally heard back from your support team after waiting for two months. The case required that I follow up, and they have not responded to any of my > 20 followup emails over three weeks.

@MojangSupport I understand that the wait is long, but why once they responded to my case can they not just finish dealing with it? That means for things that need feedback you could be waiting over half a year given the rate you go.
