@mojangsupport Hi, Why can’t daughter purchase from Marketplace? - getting error message suggesting issue with internet connection but there is no such issue! Very frustrating! App fully up to date. Thanks for any help!!

I’ve read that article. It doesn’t solve my problem. I’m paying through iTunes and there are no problems with any other purchases except Minecraft. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app so at wit’s end.
